What is Somatic EMDR?

Somatic EMDR is a powerful trauma healing tool that gently helps you process emotional pain, stored memories, or body-held trauma—by engaging both the brain and the nervous system.

Unlike traditional EMDR, which focuses mainly on eye movement and the mind, somatic EMDR works through the body—using breath, movement, sensation, and subtle stimulation (like tapping or visual tracking) to help you safely feel and release.

You don’t need to relive the trauma to heal it.

You just need to feel safe enough to let your body finish what it never got to complete.


What’s the different about your work compared to regular massage or therapy?

My sessions are trauma-informed, intuitive, and body-based. Unlike traditional massage or talk therapy, I use a blend of nervous system support, breathwork, and somatic EMDR to help you process and release what’s stored deep in the body. You don’t need to “push through” or relive trauma. Your body leads. I listen and guide you with care.
