How I work ~

Trauma-informed. Intuitive. Embodied. Sacred.

Every session is a co-creation. I meet you exactly where you are—with care, consent, and deep listening. I don’t follow a script. I follow you.

Your body knows. I help you hear it again.


My Approach

I blend ancient practices, modern trauma science, and deep intuitive presence to support:

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Trauma release and emotional processing
  • Body awareness and reconnection
  • Safe pleasure and embodied joy
  • Long-term healing and integration

This is deep, somatic work—gentle when it needs to be, fierce when you’re ready. You don’t need to talk your way through it. You’ll feel it shift, in your tissues, breath, and being.


Modalities I May Use in Session:

Breathwork

To awaken and move energy, shift stuck emotions, and open pathways of release.

Somatic Bodywork

Hands-on touch to release trauma stored in fascia, muscles, and nervous system.

Expressive Meditation & Movement

To unlock suppressed energy, reconnect with vitality, and clear emotional residue through breath, sound, and movement.

Somatic EMDR

A body-based form of trauma reprocessing that helps release emotional imprints and core beliefs by combining bilateral stimulation with body tracking and breath.

Vagus Nerve + Nervous System Repair

Techniques to soothe and reset your system from high-alert, freeze, or collapse back into regulation and connection.

Tantric Healing Practices

Ancient tools to reconnect with sacred embodiment, life-force energy, and the right to feel pleasure and power in your body.

Tantric massage goes beyond physical relaxation, stress relief, and pain management. It seeks to awaken your inner energies, balance your emotional state, and elevate your spiritual consciousness. The experience is designed to be transformative, offering a holistic approach to well-being that transcends mere physical relaxation.

Emotional + Soul Guidance

Intuitive reflection, attuned witnessing, and coaching to help you reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of self.

Each session is different. You may lie down and breathe. You may cry. You may tremble, feel waves of warmth, remember something, or just rest. Your body will lead the way. I follow with gentle guidance, intuitive touch, and a deep, steady presence.
